Thai Training to bring you into a whole new concept of aerobic exercise, we are a professional Muay Thai training with excitement and effective aerobic exercise. By practicing Muay Thai, you could found lots of fun and unexpected fitness training. Each session could burn 800-1200 calories with suitable arrangement of stretches and muscle training exercise. Thai Technique
Muay Thai is recognized as the most established technical and fighting technique, which included skills, reaction, speed, willpower and strength. Thai Technique will make you more in-depth experience and understanding of Muay Thai fighting and self defense skills. Our centre have number of champion-level instructors to provide personal guide with you through different practical fighting techniques, such as fast criterion, soft system , flexible, tough power. By different view of teaching granted, students could have better way to realize their own potential.

Thai Slim
泰拳運動為極高消耗的有氧運動,本中心特別開設 Slim Class,以大量有趣刺激的泰拳練習,每小時課堂可助學員消耗高達 1,500-1,800C al. 並透過全身練習的泰拳運動,助你減去手臂內側、兩邊腰腹、肚腩小腹等惱人的脂肪。本中心導師更會特別設計一系列針對不同部位線條的運動動作,想親身體驗,就快D來試下喇!

空中瑜珈
空中瑜珈(Aerial Yoga) 透過吊於天花上並能承受幾個人重量之吊床,協助您做一系列運動和伸展。透過反地心引力原理,幫助伸展並強化肢體,肌肉與核心,療癒脊椎及關節,進而放鬆神經系統,改善內分泌、淋巴、消化及血液循環系統。

而當中的倒掛動作更可促進氣血循環,淋巴暢通,收下身水腫一流! 當倒掛時脊椎得以完全伸展,透過扭動、拉扯姿勢伸展全身,可有效收減腹、下身、手臂及大腿部位,亦可以透過吊繩的幫助,達到更深層的伸展和脊椎療癒,亦加速頭部血液循環,改善睡眠質素。另一方面,由於倒掛吊布纏著大腿淋巴位置,亦可暢通淋巴達致自然去水腫等功效。

地面瑜珈
如果覺得空中瑜珈挑戰性大,可以嘗試地面瑜珈,對身體同樣有好多好處!地面瑜珈能夠促進血液循環,提升力量及柔韌度!!無論您的身體柔軟或僵硬、虛弱或強壯,瑜珈都能改善您體格及心靈,有助改善身體狀況。同時亦可以令身體和心靈重拾平靜,有助改善免疫系統,將因壓力而構成的毒素排出體外,係您經過一天疲累工作後的最佳「治療」良方。

TRX
想纖體收身,除減輕體重外,亦需要改善線條。不論男同學或女同學,想擁有完美腹肌、人魚線、馬甲線,TRX絕對為不可缺少的環節!TRX 全名為Total Body Resistance Exercise,由前美國海軍海豹突擊隊開發,目的是令軍人不論何時何地都可以鍛鍊體格。

TRX動作看似輕鬆,但所消耗之卡路里比跑步為高,因為動作變化較多,屬於全身運動,對心肺功能鍛煉更佳,亦可避免跑步動作時膝蓋所承受的撞擊力。

TRX原理是透過自身體重及懸掛訓練,提升全身肌肉之強度、穩定性、靈活性。TRX有多套動作,可針對不同部位作鍛煉,並可通過企位、活動幅度、加插跳躍動作等,調節動作難度,對減肥或健身均有成效。TRX適合任何人士,平時少做運動的過重人士,每星期進行一至兩次已見成效。
